I was asked by Axios Wine to design a label for Philotimo a first of its kind blend of Greek and American wines. The term philotimo roughly translates to “A friend of honor” and is seen as a way of life by many Greeks. I was told that the label should impart the importance of the term while keeping a simple design. I came up with two designs that could be used as a jumping off point based on which one the client liked. The first one used the Alpha and Omega symbols as a way to say that Philotimo is at the beginning and the end of all things. The other is a more artistic visual of a forearm handshake, a greeting that could be commonly associated with respect. Axios decided to go with the Alpha Omega design with a blue on white color for the label to make it similar to the Greek flag.
A short parody commercial I directed filmed and edited for a Business of Games class in Fall of 2016. My goal was to capture that awkward over the top nineties style of advertising for toys. I made a list of the common traits most ads from the time shared and it mostly came down to buzzwords, "epic" music, and a tagline at the end. So that was what I mad sure to incorporate.
The thumbnail was the logo I designed for the fake game.

I made "Plate" for a studio course in fall of 2016. The assignment was to take a mundane ordinary activity and make it abnormal in a performance piece. I started by thinking about what my daily routine is and it mostly came down to eating breakfast and going to class on my bike. The idea for plate was basically that my dishes get angry when I don't clean them. I was originally going to do a similar thing with laundry but had to much of a time constraint. I'd always wanted to do one of those "obvious dummy flying through the air" shots, so when I needed a way for a plate to knock down a human I had it all set up.
This is a Logo I made for my podcast, Podcast 301. I really wanted to incorporate some visual representation of the team, due to the fact that no one knows what any of us look like. I chose to give everyone one recognizable feature/item to represent them. Kevin(top left) is rarely seen without his headphones, Boris(bottom right) is always wearing a beanie, I(top right) usually have a beard, and Antonio(bottom left) wears glasses.
This is the first draft of the animated opening I am working on for my studio's gaming channel. Since it is part of the 301Productions brand, I wanted to make sure to incorporate the company logo into the opening. I came up with the idea thinking about the ground-pound in the Mario games. It was important that it could quickly transition into the video at the end and the widening light from the center will enable that.
